Ready-to-print SlideID Packages are offered with SlideID Microscopes Slide Labeling Software, histology grade microscope slide labels and a special resin ribbon optimized for slide staining. Citizen-Systems SlideID Printers are compatible with most histology LIS solutions.

Designed for quick media and ribbon changes, with a wide 90 degree Hi-LiftTM opening, full connectivity and printer emulations, the CL-E321CBI is ideal for use in a wide range of applications – from warehousing and logistics to Internet retailing and healthcare. The CL-E321CBI brings you high speeds of 200mm/sec at 203dpi, with thermal transfer and direct thermal printing and it is available in black or white.
The CL-E331 is capable of printing onto even the smallest of labels, from small part labels to detailed test tube labels. Therefore it’s perfect for use in a variety of settings in healthcare, manufacturing and retail environments, where intelligibility is paramount to adhering to safety standards and efficiency targets. As well as printing at a high resolution, the CL-E331 benefits from being high performing, with thermal transfer and direct thermal printing modes.

Returns
30-day money-back guarantee return period from the date of delivery. Any return outside of the 30-day return period is subject to a 15% restocking fee, and requires an approved Rankin RMA number. If the item(s) are under warranty and are faulty or damaged, we will repair or replace the items per the warranty agreement. For items that are replaced, return of the faulty or damaged item(s) is required.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
